- Orbital Slot Coordination: Works with international bodies to secure and protect Nigeria’s satellite orbital positions.
- Licensing & Compliance: Regulates commercial and governmental space activities, ensuring adherence to national and global standards.
- Mitigation of Radio Frequency Interference: Implements strategies to prevent signal disruptions affecting satellite operations.
- International Coordination & Advocacy: Engages with organizations like the ITU (International Telecommunication Union) to represent Nigeria’s space communication interests.
