The Facility Management and Projects Department at NASRDA is responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of the agency’s infrastructure, ensuring that all facilities support space research and technological operations effectively. It oversees the execution of construction projects, renovation works, and the management of research laboratories, ground stations, and office spaces. By implementing sustainable and efficient facility management practices, the department ensures a safe, functional, and high-performance environment for NASRDA’s activities.
