It oversees budgeting, expenditure control, payroll management, and financial reporting to support NASRDA’s operations and long-term sustainability. - Expenditure & Cost Control: Monitors spending to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with government policies.
- Payroll & Staff Compensation: Manages salary payments, benefits, and financial records for NASRDA employees.
- Auditing & Compliance: Ensures financial activities adhere to national and international accounting standards.
- Grant & Fund Management: Oversees financial aspects of grants and external funding for research and development initiatives.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepares periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial transparency.
