  • Budgeting & Financial Planning: Develops annual budgets and ensures proper allocation of funds for various projects and departments.
  • Expenditure & Cost Control: Monitors spending to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with government policies.
  • Payroll & Staff Compensation: Manages salary payments, benefits, and financial records for NASRDA employees.
  • Auditing & Compliance: Ensures financial activities adhere to national and international accounting standards.
  • Grant & Fund Management: Oversees financial aspects of grants and external funding for research and development initiatives.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepares periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial transparency.
