  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensures all procurements follow the guidelines set by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) and other regulatory bodies.
  • Asset Acquisition & Management: Oversees the purchase and maintenance of essential equipment, technology, and infrastructure.
  • Tendering & Bidding Process: Facilitates open and competitive bidding processes for major procurements, ensuring fairness and transparency.
