General Staff Capacity building training

The General Staff Capacity Building Training is designed to enhance the knowledge, technical competencies, and professional skills of staff across all divisions of the Atlantic International Research Centre (AIR-C). The training focuses on equipping personnel with relevant tools, methodologies, and best practices in areas such as research, data analysis, emerging technologies, project management, and institutional operations.

The purpose is to improve overall staff performance, strengthen institutional capacity, and ensure that personnel are well-positioned to support the Centre’s mandate, ongoing projects, and collaborative engagements, including with NASRDA and other partners.
