He made this declaration during a courtesy visit by a delegation from Access Bank Nigeria to the Agency’s Headquarters in Abuja.

Dr. Adepoju explained that the spin-offs which span key sectors including agriculture, health, environmental monitoring, and geospatial technology, were developed through years of research and collaboration within NASRDA’s specialized Centres and Laboratories.

The Director-General further stated that the Agency’s broad research output reflects Nigeria’s growing capacity in space science and innovation, adding that these developments are central to national technological growth and economic diversification.

While appreciating the delegation for a timely visit the NASRDA boss called for a collaborative platform where Access bank can collaborate with NASRDA in commercializing its research products and spin-offs so as to expand the revenue base of the Agency and the country at large.

Speaking during the visit, the leader of the delegation, Head of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Northern Region at Access Bank, Njideka Esomefu, commended NASRDA for its remarkable contributions, innovative programmes and sustained commitment to advancing space research in Nigeria.
